Athletics Fiji is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural Ignite Camp 2025 — a high-performance camp designed to fast-track our nation’s most promising athletes toward international success.
Held from 14-16 May 2025 at the HFC Bank Stadium, the Ignite Camp is aiming to attract Fiji’s top Young (14-16 years old) Development (17-19 years old) and elite (20 years +) athletes for three days of technical training, performance testing, athlete education and team building.
This camp marks the starting point of Fiji’s journey to the Pacific Mini Games Palau 2025 and towards the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, forging a new generation of champions who will proudly represent Fiji on the international stage.
Athletics Fiji is looking to have more than 70 of Fiji’s best from the three categories, to attend the three days as we build our high-performance strategy. Below is a list of athletes that have been invited to attend along with their coaches. The program proper starts at 7:00am Wednesday 14 May at the HFC Bank Stadium, Suva.
Accommodation and travel expenses will be at the athletes and coaches’ discretion for those living outside of Suva.
